PEX16IX
is a PCI Express X16 Bus Isolation Extender that allows the user to test the
sixteen channel PCI Express add-on boards quickly, without having to power the
system down each time. It is especially designed to save valuable labor and time
in the production environment. It is also a great tool for engineers, during
product development, where changes and testing are often required. It also
serves to protect the motherboard from damage caused by bad board under test. It
has many outstanding features such as, local or external power and signal
isolation controls, fused power lines with short circuit sensing and etc. It
also allows external voltage margin and current measurement. The dimension is
8.4" L x 2.3" H (not including the PCI bracket).

PEXP8-EX
is a regular PCI EXPRESS X8 extender. It features pluggable fuses,
power indicating LEDs and external power input connection. By changing the
position of the pluggable fuses, it allows power from the motherboard or from an
external source to power the PCI EXPRESS I/O board, on top of the extender.
Therefore, the voltage margin can be performed through an external power source
and current measurement can be performed by removing the fuse and bridged with
an ammeter. Precision current measurement can also be performed by adding
Current Sensing Resistor Pads next to the fuses. The PEXP8-EX can be ordered
with optional header pins, for signal probing, or with a connector on the solder
side (A side). Add -H for the header pin option or the -T for the additional
connector option. The dimension of the extender is 4.13" L x 2.37" H (not
including the PCI bracket).
PEX8LX
is a PCI EXPRESS X8 tall extender. It features pluggable fuses,
power indicating LEDs, external LED connection, external SM bus signal
connection and external power input connection. By changing the position of the
pluggable fuses, it allows power from the motherboard or from an external source
to power the PCI EXPRESS I/O board, on top of the extender. Therefore, the
voltage margin can be performed through an external power source and current
measurement can be performed by removing the fuse and bridged with an ammeter.
Precision current measurement can also be performed by adding Current Sensing
Resistor Pads next to the fuses. The dimension of the extender is 4.25" L x
7.1" H (not including the PCI bracket).


PEXP1-RX1,
PEXP4-RX1, PEXP8-RX1 and
PEXP16-RX1 are the right angle risers for
the PCI Express X1, X4, X8 and X16 buses. The connector is soldered on the
component side (B side) of the board. When an I/O board is inserted, the
component side of the I/O board will face down, towards the motherboard.. All
these risers have the same height, at 1.22". The connector center height
is 1.05", and the widths are 1.72", 2.27", 2.94", 4.24"
respectively.

PEXP1-RX2,
PEXP4-RX2, PEXP8-RX2 and
PEXP16-RX2 are the right angle risers for
the PCI Express X1, X4, X8 and X16 buses. The connector is soldered on the
component side (B side) of the board. When an I/O board is inserted, the
component side of the I/O board will face down, towards the motherboard.. All
these risers have the same height, at 2.02". They are designed to line up
with the middle panel cutout of a 2U chassis. The connector center height is
1.85", and the widths are 1.72", 2.27", 2.94", 4.24" respectively.

PEXP1-RX3,
PEXP4-RX3, PEXP8-RX3 and
PEXP16-RX3 are the right angle risers for
the PCI Express X1, X4, X8 and X16 buses. The connector is soldered on the
component side (B side) of the board. When an I/O board is inserted, the
component side of the I/O board will face down, towards the motherboard.. All
these risers have the same height, at 2.82". They are designed to line up
with the top panel cutout of a three cut 2U chassis. The connector center height
is 2.65", and the widths are 1.72", 2.27", 2.94", 4.24"
respectively.

PEXP8-RX1A
is a PCI EXPRESS X8 right angle extender. The connector on the riser is facing
the A side. The connector center is 0.635" ( 16.13mm) tall. The overall
dimension of the riser is 3.01"(76.45mm) L x 1.0"(25.4mm) H
PEXP8-RX2A
is a PCI EXPRESS X8 right angle extender. The connector on the riser is facing
the A side. The connector center is 1.36" ( 34.65mm) tall. The overall dimension
of the riser is 4.14"(105.05mm) L x 1.53"(38.78mm) H
PEX8-SX-SW
is a PCI EXPRESS X8 reverse lane extender. The connector is mounted on top of
the riser. The transmit and receive differential pairs of lane 0-7 are reverse
routed to lane 7-0. The signal direction (TX, RX) and polarity are not reversed.
The overall dimension of the riser is 2.98"(75.75mm) L x 1.96"(49.75mm) H
PEXP1-SX,
PEXP4-SX, PEXP8-SX and
PEXP16-SX are wearout extenders, designed
to go on top of the PCI Express Bus Isolation or other extenders. These are
short and low cost extenders with heavy duty connectors of 2000 - 3000 insertion
cycles. Their purpose is to prolong the life of other connector contacts or gold
fingers in heavily used environments. All the wearout extenders have the same
height, at 1.05", and the widths are 1.72", 2.27", 2.94", 4.24"
respectively.

PEXP4-SX-4/1,

These extenders are designed to have higher channel connectors and lower channel
PCB gold fingers. These extenders have heavy duty connectors of 2000 - 3000
insertion cycles. All extenders have the same height, at 1.05", and the
widths are 2.27", 2.94", 4.24" respectively. Other combinations of lane
reduction extenders are possible with slight modifications, upon request.

PE-FLEX1,
PE-FLEX4, PE-FLEX8 and
PE-FLEX16 are flexible extenders for PCI Express
X1, X4, X8 and X16 buses. The Minimum cable length is 1". User can order any
cable length up to 15". If not specified, the standard cable length defaults to
3". The overall extender length with a 3" cable is about 4.25". Parts
shown below are the F-M versions. The M-M and the CX (TX/RX
crossed) cable versions are also available.
 
 
PE-FLEX16R
is a right angle flexible extenders for PCI Express X16 bus. The Minimum cable
length is 1". User can order any cable length up to 15". Two versions are
available with connector mounted at the B side (-B) or the A side (-A). If not
specified, the standard cable length defaults to 3" and the connector defaults
to the B side. The overall extender length with a 3" cable is about 4.2".
PEXP8-OX
is an offset PCI EXPRESS X8 extender. The connector on the top is
shifted 3.0" into the chassis. The dimension of the extender is 7.165" L x
3.3" H (not including the PCI bracket).
 APEPRXB
is a PCI/PCI-EXPRESS/PCI, 3 in 1 right angle riser. It is designed specifically
for Intel Adaptive slot as in the SE7230NH1, SE7221BK1 and S3000AH series of
motherboards. It plugs into the adaptive slot at the slot 6 position of the
motherboard. The top PCIX connector connects to the PCIX section of the adaptive
slot. The middle connector is a PCI-Express X8 connector that connects directly
to the PCI-Express section of the adaptive slot. The bottom connector is
connected to the PCIX slot on the motherboard slot 5 via a wide cable. All
connectors are mounted on the B side of the riser card. This riser is designed
for chassis with three horizontal cutouts that line up typically with the slot 6
position of the motherboards. Picture shown above is P/N: APEPRXB-888-303-1. It
is populated with a PCI-Express_X8 connector and two PCI-64 bit 3.3V connectors.
The top PCI connector is located at 2.68", the middle PE connector is
located at 1.88", and the bottom PCI connector is located at 1.08"
height.. The overall dimension of the main board assembly is 2.86"H x 7.69"W.
All height dimensions are referenced to the bottom of the board. The wide cable
can be ordered in various lengths, depending on the location of the PCI slots on
the motherboard (one inch typical).
  EEERXB16
is a three slot PCI Express X16 right angle riser. It can support up to three
independent PCI Express X16 buses. It usually plugs into the slot 6 position of
the motherboard. The middle PE-X16 connector connects directly to the riser's
gold finger. The top and the bottom PE connectors are connected to two other PE
buses on the M/B via two flexible cables. All connectors are mounted on the B
side of the riser card. The bottom connetor sits on a add-on PCB, which protrude
about 0.062" toward the B side. This riser is designed for chassis with three
horizontal cutouts that line up with the typical slot 6 position of the
motherboard. Any of the PE connectors on the riser can be configured to X1, X4,
X8 or X16. The connector centers are 1.08", 1.88" and 2.68" height. The
overall dimension of the main board assembly is 2.91"H x 7.10"W. All
height dimensions are referenced to the bottom of the board. The cables can be
ordered in various lengths, depending on the location of the PE slots on the
motherboard.
 EEPRXB16
is a PCI Express /PCI EXPRESS/ PCI combo right angle riser. It can support up to
three independent buses. It usually plugs into the slot 6 position of the
motherboard. The middle PE-X16 connector connects directly to the riser's gold
finger. The top PE connector and the bottom PCI connector are connected to other
PE and PCI buses on the M/B via two flexible cables. All connectors are mounted
on the B side of the riser card. The bottom connetor sits on a add-on PCB and
use a low profile PCI connector. This riser is designed for chassis with three
horizontal cutouts that line up with the typical slot 6 position of the
motherboard. The PE connectors on the riser can be configured to X1, X4, X8 or
X16. The PCI connector can be 3.3V, 5V, 64 bit or 32 bit connector. The
connector centers are 1.08", 1.88" and 2.68" height.. The overall
dimension of the main board assembly is 2.91"H x 7.10"W. All height
dimensions are referenced to the bottom of the board. The cables can be ordered
in various lengths, depending on the location of the PCI and PE slots on the
motherboard.
 PEPRX16
is a PCI/PCI-EXPRESS/PCI, 3 in 1 right angle riser. It plugs into a
PCI-Express_X16 slot. The middle PCI-Express_X16 connector connects directly to
the gold fingers. The bottom connector is connected to a PCI slot on the
motherboard via a wide cable. The top connector has most of its signals
connected to the bottom connector, except some dedicated signals that are
connected to another PCI slot on the motherboard via a narrow cable. User can
order the riser with PE-X1, X4, X8 or X16 and PCI-32 or PCI 64 connectors. All
connectors are mounted on the B side of the riser card. This riser is designed
for chassis with horizontal cutouts that line up with a PCI-Express_X16 slot on
the motherboard. Picture shown above is P/N: PEPRX16-8X8-303-1/3. It is
populated with a PCI-Express_X16 connector and two PCI-64 bit 3.3V connectors.
The top PCI connector is located at 2.68", the middle PE connector is
located at 1.88", and the bottom PCI connector is located at 1.08"
height.. The overall dimension of the main board assembly is 2.91"H x 7.10"W.
All height dimension are referenced to the bottom of the board. The wide and

the PCI slots on the motherboard. The two PCI slots on the motherboards that are
used for the connection must be controlled by the same channel of a PCI bridge
controller on the motherboard. . A power
option (-W) is available to provide more 12V, 5V and 3.3V to the connectors on
the riser. It accepts the power from a 4 pin PC power connector for the floppy
drive.
 EPPRX16

 ERXP
is a single PCI-EXPRESS X8 riser with PCI 64 bit gold finger. It is designed to
plug into a PCI slot with a cable extension to a nearby PCI-Express X8 slot..
The overall dimension of the riser board is 1.09"H x 6.95"W. . User can
order the riser with a PE-X1, X4 or X8 oconnector. The connector is mounted on
the B side of the riser card. This riser is designed to fit into a 1U chassis.
The connector center height is 0.926". All height dimensions are
referenced to the bottom of the board. The PCI-Express cable can be ordered in
various lengths, depending on the location of the PCI-Express slot on the
motherboard.
 EERXB16
is a dual PCI-EXPRESS X16 riser with PCI Express X16 gold finger. It is designed
to plug into a PE-X16 slot with a cable extension to another nearby PCI-Express
X16 slot.. The overall dimension of the riser board is 2.16"H x 5.07"W.
User can order the riser with any combination of PE-X1, X4, X8 or X16 connectors.
All connectors mounted on the B side of the riser card. This riser is designed
for 1.5U or 2U chassis. The connector center heights are 1.97" and 1.17".
All height dimensions are referenced to the bottom of the board. The PCI-Express
cable can be ordered in various lengths, depending on the location of the
PCI-Express slot on the motherboard.
 EPRX16B
is a PCI-EXPRESS X16 and a PCI-32 riser with PCI Express X16 gold finger. It is
designed to plug into a PE-X16 slot with a cable extension to a nearby PCI-32
bit slot.. The overall dimension of the riser board is 2.13"H x 5.15"W.
User can order the riser with a PE-X1, X4, X8 or X16 connector. All connectors
are mounted on the B side of the riser card. This riser is designed for 1.5U or
2U chassis. The connector center heights are 1.94" and 1.14". All height
dimensions are referenced to the bottom of the board. The PCI-32 cable can be
ordered in various lengths, depending on the location of the PCI-32 slot on the
motherboard.
PEX1IX-MINI
is a PCI EXPRESS X1 to PCI Express Mini Bus Isolation adapter. It
features power and signal isolation as the PEX1IX board with direct interface to
the PCI Express Mini bus. An extended area above the PE-Mini connector can be
used to hold the PE-Mini card down. The cutout on the extended area allows the
user to access the back side of the PE-Mini card. It combines all the features
of the PEX1IX card and the PEX1-Mini card. The dimension of the extender is
5.9" L x 4.75" H (not including the PCI bracket).
PEX1-MINI
is a PCI EXPRESS X1 to PCI Express Mini interface adapter. It
features power indicating LEDs, LAN activity LEDs and external power input
connections. By changing the position of the power jumpers, it allows powers
from the motherboard or external sources to power the PCI EXPRESS Mini card.
Therefore, voltage margins can be performed through external power sources and
current measurements can be performed by removing the jumpers and bridged the
pins with an ammeter. Precision current measurement can also be performed by
replacing the zero ohm resistors with Current Sensing Resistors. The dimension
of the extender is 2.95" L x 2.13" H (not including the PCI bracket).
Half -Mini size is also available.
PE-MINI
-FLEX is a PCI Express Mini flexible extender. It features external
power input connections. By removing the power jumpers, it allows powers from
external sources to power the PCI EXPRESS Mini card. Therefore, voltage margins
can be performed through external power sources. Current measurements can be
performed by removing the zero ohm resistors on the power rails and bridged the
pads with an ammeter. Precision current measurement can also be performed by
replacing the zero ohm resistors with optional Current Sensing Resistors. This
assembly consists of three parts, a bottom pieces that plug into a PE-Mini
connector, a set of flexible cables and a top piece with a PE-Mini connector.
Half-Mini size is also available at both ends.
PEMINI2X1 is a PCI Express Mini to PCI
Express X1 adapter. It features power on/off switch, power LEDs and flexible
configurations for easy connection. It requires an external power input with 12V
and 5V to operate. Currently, a piggy back power conversion module can accept a
standard four pin PC floppy drive power connector. Other power input modules
could also be developed. The standard configuration includes a PE-X1 connector,
mounted perpendicular to the PCB. The adapter's small size allows the adapter to
be clipped into a PE-MINI socket. The -S option, adds an extra PE-X1 straddle
mount connector at one end. The -F option adds a flexible cable assembly to the
adapter, so it can be placed away from the socket. There is also a -CSR option,
which will add three current sensing resistors to the 12V, 3.3V and 3.3V_aux
power rails. The CSRs can be used for current measurements. The standard
configuration has the dimension and form factor of a PE-MINI card at 30mm x 51mm
(1.18" x 2.0").
